Teenage Girls
It seem like teen girls are going though the most. So why are girls adding on to their problems? It starts off with the development of their bodies. Then it's the peer pressure with other teens boys included. Then the next biggest step before abult hood the social network. Phones and internet are big problems for everyone, but teen girls are the main targets of the social network. They are bullied, humilated, and it start rumors. Girls are fighting on the computer that then it leads to girls fighting in person. Some really end up hurt or even dead. This shouldn't happpen. Why aren't girls protected from this kind of thing? The internet should be a safe place for everyone, but the people who makes these kind of sites like facebook, myspace, twitter, etc. should be more protective since they made the site. The internet is becoming the death of our teen girls, and not just by dying but they are hurt and it really gets to them. The social network should be more safe but it's not. Why do people let things like drama go on with young girls? It's made to be a big deal when bad thing come out of it, but when it's going on no one says anything. So why are people making if things are new when they saw it coming? Young girls go though a lot, so why are people not helping stop things before it gets out of control? Help is needed and everyone should help in some kind of way.

Thank you for posting this! I read another blog recently, and I asked the question about whether or not we should hold sites like Facebook, etc. accountable for drama. It seems like you think they should. What kind of action do you think sites should take when drama erupts? What types of things should be flagged as drama?
ReplyDeleteYes, I feel as if Facebook should be held for things like that for happening. maybe they be fined and have to stop the fighting while it's happening, and stop the people who are fighting, bullying, and joining in from getting on for a limited time. By not letting them sign when they try to. This isn't safe nor good for youths it's leading to drama that's going back to guns.
